Who else says that but Paula Deen the famous lady from The Food Network and the greatest southern food you’ll ever taste at her restaurant The Lady & Sons located in downtown Savannah. Kara and I were able to score some reservations for Valentines Day (Valentines Day is the only day you can make reservations for under 10 people). Every time we drive by that place we see people lined up around the block. This time we can just walk on in and eat. I’ve eaten at The Lady & Sons a few times and it never fails to make the tastebuds happy. It’s not exactly what you call healthy eating, but it’s worth the pounds of fried butter.
Plus, when you’re done eating, you can always walk off the food by taking a stroll down Riverstreet or do some shopping on Broughton Street.
I’ll be sure to take my phone with me, who knows, maybe we’ll get some pictures of us and Paula Deen.

you obviously have not had good southern food if you think that Paula Deen and the Lady and Sons cook the greatest ever. There are many people that can open cans in the world and many more that can lay on a thick overly southern drawl – don’t be fooled – well, my bad, I guess you already have been!
